Low poly Character for Low poly Enviro


This is the character I have made to accompany my environment project. Took me 2 days to build, UV and texture, though looking back I would like to re-map the UV's as I think I could make better use of the texture space... Will add that to list and fix :)
The two smaller screen grabs are 256x192, which is the DS screen resolution.
The character is exactly 500 tri's and I’ve used a slightly bigger texture at 256 rather than 128, When I remap the texture I may try a 128x256.I'm currently rigging the character so I can pose him rather than just the build pose. Will post more when I have time.

  3. Very nice Aaron. Nice top see something different :D. The hair looks great. I like how you've set yourself realistic limitations 2. Can totally see something like this looking great on the iphone. You should check out the 'Unity' engine and have a chat with some programmers ;D
